Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:

Alcon is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead key financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. This role will support strategic decision-making by delivering timely and accurate financial insights, building robust financial models, and providing forward-looking guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units.

- Develop financial models, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and business reviews.

- Provide monthly and quarterly performance analyses with insights into revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies.

- Support ad-hoc financial analysis for business cases, investments, and operational efficiencies.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
