Description: We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to drive business expansion and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion and increase market share within the assigned geography.
- Execute market mapping and planning strategies effectively.
- Lead and motivate the sales team through people management and skill enhancement via co-working.
- Manage the overall business performance of the zone.
- Handle budgeting, planning, and expense control to ensure profitability.
- Prioritize, categorize, and segment markets and products with a focus on gross profit (GP).
- Design pricing and schemes to enhance competitiveness and gain market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a balanced and quality-driven business model.
- Demonstrate futuristic thinking and effective presentation of business strategies.
Education:
- Graduate / Agriculture Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA or equivalent in Management.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Proven track record in supervisory roles such as State Head.
- Strong background in people management and handling similar or specialty category products.
Key Skills & Business Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of crop, geography, and product markets.
- Strong team and business management capabilities.
- Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and analytical skills
