- Develop and Execute Sales performance to achieve yearly targets, to ensure alignment with the companys objective and market opportunities.
- Identify competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements) analysis and prioritize target markets, industries,for business expansion Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including (R&D, Marketing, Technology) to develop and support B2B sales efforts and ensure seamless execution of customer orders and business growth.
- Involved in budgeting exercises, including the development and monitoring of budgets for B2B sales initiatives, Identify competitor activities, Mitigating potential Risks, Prepare MIS reports ,Regular reports and presentations for senior management/Leadership Teams providing updates on B2B sales performance & strategic initiatives, Additionally, contribute to the formulation of pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Maintaining responsibility for the P & L of each project ensuring financial targets and operational objectives are met efficiently.
- Representing the company at various key platforms, technical matters at industry meetings for corporate associations, fostering relationships and enhancing the company's reputation and visibility within the industry.
- Overseeing strategic projects from ideation to execution, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards, and align with the company's overall objectives and strategic direction.
