Key Responsibilities:
- As a District Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in your assigned territory.
Your main duties will include:
- Achieving ambitious sales targets by successfully onboarding new retailers and distributors.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with financial institutions, with a target of onboarding a minimum of 5 new bank outlets.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with all clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively promoting company products and services within your designated district.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and market trends to drive sustained growth and market penetration.
Qualifications:
We're looking for driven individuals with a proven track record of success in sales.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
Educational Advantage: An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or distribution sector.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Local Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the local market dynamics in your preferred location is a significant advantage.
