- Responsible for business development of financial products viz. Equity, Derivatives, Currency.
- Experience in Government Sector Liaisoning for financial products.
- Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.
- Preparing monthly MIS reports.
- Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.
- Create environment to foster team work, professional development, and high level of employee satisfaction.
- Lead and build multiple Financial Products brand like Derivatives, Commodities, Arbitrage, RTA, Initial Public Offer (IPO), Depository Participant & Mutual Funds performance driven culture of integrity and compliance.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards.
- Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
