Description:
- We are looking for a Branch Head Brokerage Business who can oversee daily operations, implements sales strategies to achieve targets, and manages staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- The role is expected to primarily look after Revenue and Profit Growth.
- Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing market trends, and reporting on branch performance to senior management.
Core responsibilities:
- Operational management: Manage day-to-day branch operations, including customer service, administrative tasks, and ensuring the branch functions smoothly.
- Sales and strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.
- This involves identifying sales opportunities and driving branch profitability.
- Staff leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of financial advisors and support staff.
- This includes setting performance goals and providing coaching.
Client relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, handle escalated issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to provide insights to clients and inform branch strategy.
- Financial management: Oversee the branch's budget, manage costs, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely.
- Prepare and present financial reports to upper management.
- Collaboration: Work with other branches and departments to align business strategies and share best practices.
