Sitting across India and UK teams, it requires frequent international travel and effective leadership across territories. Responsibility for driving engagement, high performance, innovation and delivery across all areas. - You will develop and drive Alamy's technology and product strategy and operational structure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and senior colleagues, and maximising effectiveness of resources. - Set and deliver against budgets ensuring that technology, product, and related resources meet both short-term and long-term company needs and deliver required outcomes. - Effective communication of the company's technology and product strategy to peers, leadership at parent company PA Media Group, staff, stakeholders, and customers. - Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies and representing the business at a senior level with external partners for maximum business impact. What you'll need: - Experience at Director level across technology and product. - Proven leadership of complex transformation and migration programmes. - Experience working in a global commercial organization, travelling internationally and managing operations across territories. - Comprehensive experience in agile product discovery and delivery methodologies. - Proven track record of successfully scaling organizations in terms of capability, capacity and frictionless sales. - Extensive experience in software design, development, and CX management. - Strong knowledge of technological and commercial trends and the ability to develop a strategic vision. - Proven management of budgets, business planning, and forecasting. - Diverse technology experience, including legacy platforms, .Net, OSS, Search, and AI. - Demonstrable experience in migrating organizations to the cloud, utilising platforms such as AWS, commerce tools, Contentful, and MACH.
