About The Role:

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with 3+ experience in B2B SaaS to own and scale our paid acquisition and growth channels.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, reduce CAC, and improve conversion across the funnel from awareness to demo request.

This is a highly analytical role for someone who thrives on testing, optimization, and ROI accountability.

What you'll do :

- Own Paid Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, review platforms, and niche SaaS channels).

- Experimentation: Run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, CTAs, and audiences to continuously improve performance.

- Budget Management: Own performance marketing budget and allocate spend effectively across channels for maximum ROI.

- Campaign Analytics: Religiously track CAC, ROAS, and LTV use data to drive decision making.

- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with Sales and growth teams to improve lead-to-demo and demo-to-close conversion rates.

What we are looking for :

Required Skills:

- Deep hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) LinkedIn Ads (targeting by title, firmographic, and intent data) Meta Ads (for remarketing and awareness)

- Skilled in audience segmentation crafting messaging for ICPs, personas, and lifecycle stages. 3rd Party audience builder

- Comfortable building dashboards and reports that tie marketing metrics to revenue outcomes.

- Deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, payback period, pipeline velocity.

- Understanding of UTM taxonomy, tracking pixels, webhooks, and data connectors.

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose ad deliverability issues and campaign performance.

- ABM expertise and relevant tools to execute.

Nice to Have:

- Understanding of data structures and process mapping for marketing workflows.

- Experience with Marketing automation platforms and low-code platforms like, Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n or similar automation tools, Google Sheets scripts.
