Role Overview:
The Manager - Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Akzo Nobel India. This role collaborates closely with the brand marketing, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The individual will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. This role directly impacts the company's ability to reach target audiences, generate qualified leads, and ultimately increase sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing, to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative development, audience targeting, and A/B testing, to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts to contribute to revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness to optimize marketing spend.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
- Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses to maximize ROI.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative development, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree/PG in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B Marketing, FMCG Marketing, Brand Management, Media Planning, Advertising, CRM, Online Marketing and Marketing Communications.
