Job Purpose Statement:

- Responsibly for end-to-end delivery of Premium Exteriors and Primers business with a business size of approx. 600 Cr INR

- This role works closely with MSU Director, Sales organization, R&D, Plants, demand planning, supply chain and regional counter parts on delivering the AOP for these categories.

The following key areas will be the deliverable for the role:

- Defining the road map for the portfolio and delivering the brand strategy for each category.

- Responsible for Volume, Revenue & CM delivery as per AOP, for the portfolio

- Portfolio planning and management based on 4P's including NPD development and launch.

- Managing budgets for the portfolio to create strong brand among customers and consumers

- Driving brand equity through communication and consumer activation programs

- Responsible for trade marketing initiatives for channel and influencer.

- Plan and execute ATL communication that drives brand consideration

- Responsible for execution of always on digital programs like Lead generation, social calendar for the category

- Work with mainline advertising and media agency for creating ATL and digital communication for the category

Critical Accountabilities:

OUTCOME:

- AOP delivery of the portfolio

- Deliver portfolio volume and value AOP

- Granular planning of product wise/geography wise support

- Track competition action and make necessary changes in 4P mix to stay relevant in the market

AOP delivery:

- Managing CM & profitability for the portfolio

- Product lifecycle management to deliver the CM and profitability for each portfolio

- Work with Finance, RD&I, Manufacturing to keep track of various cost and GTM actions which impact CM

Responsible for portfolio price actions:

% CM:

- Define & implement the portfolio strategy

- Lead the development of the strategic marketing plan and key strategic imperatives for the portfolio and its products/sub-brands in line with global and regional directions.

- Track competition action and make necessary changes in 4P mix to stay relevant in the market

AOP delivery:

- NPI development & rollout

- Identify customer-based insights, analyze industry trends, characteristics, growth opportunities, market, and competitive intelligence to define NPI strategy

- Define 12Q pipeline for the portfolio & work closely with region and RD&I to execute NPI calendar

- Deliver the incremental volume and value led by NPI

- NPI gate on time %

- NPI vol & value

- Budget management

- Plan and execute A&P to deliver ROI and AOP for the portfolio

- ROI

- People and organization development

- Work with multiple stakeholders in India and the region to deliver on business AOP

- As per requirement
