About:
- The role involves building a team, expanding the existing donor pipeline, maintaining strong donor relationships, and designing an overall strategy for effective fundraising.
- Lead and build high-level strategic partnerships with Corporates, foundations in the region with TAPF growth strategy.
- Work closely with the head of the fundraising to build and implement a sustainable fundraising strategy to support TAPF programs in the region.
- Identify and research suitable new prospects: foundations, corporates and individuals for TAPF and cultivate these relationships on behalf of the organization and instrumental in securing multi-year partnerships
- Significant experience in planning, securing and managing funds from Corporate donors and sound understanding of institutional and government donors, and funding policies.
- Good Experience in proposal development, contract management/ financial reporting for donors, trusts and foundations.
- Manage progressive international Foundations that support work, maintain strong reporting and communication with these donors and proactively engage to share impact data
- Working with others, in a team environment, receiving and providing feedback, contributing to the team's success, and managing conflicts if it occurs
- Past experience working in a similar capacity at a regional level
- Extremely strong communication, negotiation and representational skills and ability to work at a regional level
