Our mission is to eliminate classroom hunger and promote education through a scalable, sustainable, and efficient food delivery model.
Job Description :
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving long term strategic growth for the organization. The role will focus on scaling the organization's reach, partnerships, brand influence, and fundraising capabilities to achieve 3X organizational growth over the next five years and expand the organization's mission of ensuring that no child is deprived of education due to hunger.
He / She will design and lead a high impact growth strategy that integrates marketing, partnerships, brand positioning, donor engagement, and strategic alliances to accelerate the mission of serving more children and expanding national and global impact.
Strategic Mandate
- Architect and execute a 5 year strategic growth roadmap to scale the organization's reach and resources by 3X.
- Build a global brand narrative that positions the organization as the world's leading hunger relief and school nutrition initiative.
- Develop sustainable growth engines through corporate partnerships, high net worth individuals (HNIs), global foundations, and institutional donors.
- Align marketing strategy with long term mission expansion and impact delivery.
- Implement analytics driven marketing strategies to optimize donor acquisition and engagement.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track growth against the 3X strategic goal.
Enterprise Growth Strategy, Building Corporate & Institutional Partnerships
- Design and implement an integrated growth strategy covering brand, fundraising, partnerships, and global expansion.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities including international donors, strategic alliances, and digital donor ecosystems.
- Create scalable frameworks for donor acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build long term relationships with large corporates, CSR programs, global foundations, and strategic partners.
- Lead high value partnership initiatives that contribute significantly to long term funding stability.
- Develop strategic collaborations with government bodies and international institutions.
Brand Leadership
- Position the organization as a global thought leader in nutrition, education, and social impact.
- Lead integrated brand strategy across media, digital platforms, and global advocacy channels.
- Drive storytelling and impact communication that strengthens trust and donor confidence.
Leadership & Organizational Capability with People First Culture
- Build and lead a high performance marketing and growth organization.
- Establish strong governance, metrics, and accountability systems for marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Coach & Mentor senior leaders and build future leadership capability within the marketing function and Strengthening Pipeline.
- Establish clear growth metrics, governance frameworks, and performance accountability.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement as key drivers of organizational success.
- Align people strategy with long term growth and mission expansion objectives.
Executive & Board Collaboration
- Partner closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and leadership team to align growth strategy with mission expansion.
- Present strategic initiatives, performance insights, and long term opportunities to the Board.
- Provide strategic insights and growth intelligence to leadership and trustees.

- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and change leadership capability.
- Experience in the non profit, CSR, development sector, or social impact ecosystem will be an advantage.
