Akshara Educational Society is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead its academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, academic excellence, and people management skills to foster a culture of innovation, discipline, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the institution.

- Drive curriculum implementation and ensure adherence to educational standards.

- Lead, motivate, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff performance.

- Establish and maintain a positive learning environment that supports student

development.

- Ensure compliance with educational board regulations and accreditation requirements.

- Drive student-centric initiatives for academic improvement and extracurricular engagement.

- Liaise with parents, management, and stakeholders to strengthen institutional reputation.

- Manage budgeting, planning, and institutional development programs.

Requirements:

- Postgraduate with B.Ed / M.Ed (Ph.D preferred).

- 15+ years of teaching and administrative experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

- Proven ability to lead academic reforms and faculty development programs.

- Passion for education and student growth.
