Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Bengaluru, Kochi, or Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and distributor relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging markets, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape.
- Master's Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales; managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales processes.
