Key Responsibilities:


Business Strategy & Leadership:


- Lead end-to-end business strategy, execution, and revenue ownership for the organization.


- Drive business scaling initiatives across domestic and international markets.


- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.


- Implement digital transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.


Revenue, Partnerships & Market Expansion:


- Build and expand strategic partnerships with global and regional TMCs, OTAs, B2B travel partners, and technology alliances.


- Lead procurement of independent contracts with TMCs and overseas B2B partners.


- Develop and grow API-based client portfolios-large OTAs, mid-size OTAs, and high-volume digital travel partners.


- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities to fuel business growth.


Product, Technology & Customer Experience:


- Drive product innovation by collaborating with technology, product, and operations teams.


- Ensure seamless customer experience across all digital platforms and services.


- Leverage insights from data analytics to optimize product performance and customer value.


Operational Excellence & Team Management:


- Manage high-performing cross-functional teams across business development, partnerships, product, and customer experience.


- Enhance operational efficiency through structured processes and data-driven improvements.


- Foster a culture of performance, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.


Key Requirements:


- 15-20 years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles (CBO/VP/Director) in Travel, E-commerce, or Digital Businesses.


- Proven experience driving large-scale revenue growth and market expansion.


- Strong expertise in travel technology, digital consumer behavior, and platform ecosystems.


- Demonstrated success in P&L ownership, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-level business management.


- Experience in acquiring and managing independent contracts with TMCs, Overseas B2B partners, and high-volume travel distributors.


- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities.


- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
