Job Description:

Project Planning, Contract Management (related to EIS) & Execution

- Closely working with department heads for preparing project plans & monitoring of projects related to maintenance & engineering.

- Reporting project status at regular intervals to the department heads.

- Work with department heads to solve any bottle necks in execution of projects.

- Work on financial analysis for all SPE contracts.

- Synopsis and monitoring of entitlements (cash & noncash) negotiated in SPE contracts.

- Budgeting, Cost forecasting, Reporting, Monitoring & Controls

- Closely working with department heads and acting as a SPOC for all finance related matters.

- Review all financial plans and budgets at regular intervals to look for cost efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.

- Create monthly reports to identify trends.

- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations

- Reporting to HOD with timely and accurate information

- Prepare or support the department in presenting reports to stakeholders as required

- Supporting in preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for department, monitoring and reviewing the same with department heads and HOD.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E /B Tech / B Com with financial background .

- MBA from top rated B School will be an advantage

- Airline experience will be preferred
