Summary: DGM - Mobile solutions will be responsible for mobile solutions including app product development strategy, product design and execution. DGM, Mobile solutions will guide the wider corporate mobile strategy, innovation and mobile specific business opportunities. Responsibilities: Responsible to design and implement the Mobile strategy and for the functioning of the mobile ecosystem. Key responsibilities include: Product Development: 1. Manage end-to-end product development for Mobile Applications, from ideation, creating BRDs to UAT and release. 2. Translate best in class & distinguishing features into comprehensive product specifications. Scalability and Performance: 1. Address scalability and performance challenges associated with a large-scale, cross-platform mobile application. 2. Implement strategies to optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user satisfaction. Technical Knowledge: 1. Be as a subject matter expert on Mobile best practices, mobile architecture leveraging automation tools and analytics 2. Provide guidance on leveraging the native app framework, mobile app ecosystem for cross-platform app development. Cross functional collaboration: 1. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to establish development best practices 2. Define the KPIs and objectives & collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, sales & finance.
