Job Position Summary:

The Continuous Improvement & Delivery person is responsible for driving strategic initiatives through meticulous planning and cross-functional project execution.

This role involves overseeing projects and activities from inception to delivery, aligning business objectives with operational capabilities and ensuring timely outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, develop roadmaps, manage risks and monitor performance metrics, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement across teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison managing key areas between Inflight Services and Catering departments.

- Manages and delivers projects through all phases including requirement gathering, scoping, testing and final deployment, while consistently applying project management best practices to ensure successful and timely outcomes.

- Engage collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive project development and ensure successful delivery.

- Develop and implement strategic plans that ensure departmental goals are fully aligned with overall business objectives. Formulate both short-term and long-term strategic planning initiatives for the departments.

- Proficiency in data analysis to generate actionable insights and foster a culture of data-driven decision making across departments.

- Continuously develop a strong understanding of emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancement.

- Provide objective assessments of business operations, offering actionable recommendations to enhance performance across all areas.

- Monitor competitive landscape and share insights promptly to the team.

- Proactively manage risks by identifying, addressing and reporting issues promptly, escalating when appropriate to mitigate impact.

Desired Qualification / Certifications:

- Graduate from an Indian approved/reputed university

- MBA, will be an added advantage

- Excellent command over written and spoken English.

- High proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred relevant work experience:

- 10+ years of full-time work experience preferably in service industry or consultancy

Skills and knowledge

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent project management skills

- Skilled in data analytics for informed decision making

- Strategic planning skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong experience in cross-functional businesses, product or project management roles

- Ability to influence without direct authority in situations where progress is slow or critical deliverables are stalling
