
Job Description:
- Interpret, simplify and prioritize commercial related strategic projects
- Understand and cascade the priorities through all the sections of Commercial and drive strategic alignment towards faster decision making
- Assist in running weekly/periodic commercial Leadership meetings
- Charter evaluation and follow up with all operational departments
- Monthly review of Cost, Revenues and KPIs vs Budgets / targets
- Preparing Commercial Budgets - Revenues for the company and Commercial expenses, capex, headcount, and Projects for coming financial year across all verticals
- DGCA reporting and validation of numbers
- Develop method of analysing revenue build up & route level performance
- Liase across all verticals in achieving synergies and common goals of the Commercial section
- This role entails helping translate commercial strategy into execution, drive rapid decision making, and drive department heads towards improved performance.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / Postgraduate
- Experienced in Business strategy, Planning & optimization and Analytics
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and programming language with data science capabilities. Presentation skills. Expertise of using advance BI tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and define key performance metrics to measure benefits and communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
- Strong, demonstrated problem solving skills involving both business problems and people interactions
- Ability to influence without direct authority in situations where progress is slow or critical deliverables are stalling
