Job Profile:

Responsibilities

- Typically focus on credit analysis, financial modeling for specifically for NBFC/ Merchant Banker

- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative (financial & Business Performance) analysis of companies.

- Analyzing, Structuring, Execution of various Structured Products (on Borrowing / Liability of NBFCs)

- Assist in making proposed notes, teasers, term sheet, Notes etc.

- Liasoning with the stakeholders (including credit analyst team of Rating agency) to ensure smooth deal/transaction execution.

Good to Have

- Should be good at number crunching, data analysis & interpretation of the same with a solid hands on experience in MS-Office ( Word, excel & PowerPoint)

- Financial Modeling & In-depth knowledge of various ratios applicable in Industry more specifically NBFCs

- Strong understanding of credit ratings, the banking and financial services sector, and accounting standards
