Company Website: www.akgroup.co.in Role Overview We are looking for an Sr. Manager to assist in handling AIF Category II and III Compliance and Corporate Secretarial matters. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience, with mandatory exposure to capital markets compliance and a preference for experience with AIF regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities AIF Category II & III Compliance - Assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and Circulars issued thereunder. - Assist in handling reporting, disclosures, and filings with SEBI and other regulators. - Assist in compliance monitoring, investor reporting, and governance requirements for AIFs. - Maintain fund-related compliance records. Secretarial & Compliance - Assist in Manage board meetings, committee meetings, agenda preparation, and minutes for the AIF. - Assist in regulatory filings under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws. - Support corporate governance and compliance audits. Candidate Profile - Qualification: CS (Company Secretary), preferably with exposure to capital markets. - Experience: 5-7 years of compliance experience in the securities market, with mandatory exposure to capital markets compliance and preference for experience in AIF Category II and Cat III. - Companies Act, 2013 and securities laws. - Understanding of legal drafting. - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. - Extra-curricular: Participation in sports is a plus.
