About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator - Design & Development to drive end-to-end design, planning, and execution of premium residential and commercial real estate projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic oversight, technical excellence, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-value developments that reflect innovation, precision, and superior design quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases for multiple high-end real estate projects.
- Translate business objectives and brand vision into design and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with Directors and Heads of Departments to define project scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines.
Design Development & Technical Coordination:
- Collaborate with leading architects, consultants, and engineering teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Review, validate, and enhance architectural and structural designs to ensure adherence to technical, aesthetic, and regulatory benchmarks.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable and future-ready design practices in alignment with ESG and green building standards.
- Evaluate new materials, technologies, and design methodologies to optimize cost, performance, and innovation.
Regulatory & Compliance Management:
- Ensure all project designs and documentation meet statutory requirements, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and government agencies to obtain timely project approvals and clearances.
Project Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project progress through structured reviews and risk management frameworks.
- Conduct periodic site audits and design validations to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance standards are upheld.
- Implement design control and change management processes to maintain consistency and traceability across all project phases.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Facilitate high-level coordination between internal teams, external consultants, and strategic partners.
- Ensure smooth information flow, decision-making, and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Lead design review meetings and executive reporting sessions for project leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management; Masters degree preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years in real estate design, development, or project management with a proven portfolio of mid-to-large scale developments.
Technical Proficiency:
Design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent BIM platforms.
Project management: MS Project, Primavera, or similar enterprise-grade tools.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of urban development frameworks, zoning regulations, and contemporary construction technologies.
Competencies: Strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and advanced project governance
