About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Sales and Leasing vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, strategic business development, and market intelligence. This leadership role involves setting up and driving the commercial sales strategy, managing high-value lease and sale transactions, and establishing strong channel partnerships to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vertical Setup:
- Establish and scale the commercial sales vertical across the Bangalore region, aligning with corporate growth objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and promotional strategies for both outright sales and lease portfolios.
- Define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the commercial sales function to ensure efficiency and process excellence.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue through the sale and leasing of premium office spaces, achieving targets set by management.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients to strengthen market presence.
- Lead negotiations for high-value commercial transactions, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategy and profitability goals.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research on competition, pricing trends, and upcoming commercial projects.
- Analyze market potential using data-driven insights to identify emerging opportunities and guide sales strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns and positioning for commercial projects.
Channel Management & Performance Optimization:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key brokers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring adherence to business goals and quality standards.
- Continuously explore new channels and innovative methods to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
Brand & Client Engagement:
- Plan and oversee business promotion activities such as corporate presentations, exhibitions, roadshows, and events.
- Ensure superior client experience and relationship management throughout the sales and leasing lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or business development, preferably with leading developers or real estate consultancies.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and leasing targets in Grade-A commercial projects.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
