- Dealing with Banks / institution and handled Fund raising transactions / documentation / pre & post disbursement compliances like

- Ensure all documentation to be completed and submitted to banks required for new loan and relating to disbursement of loan

- Liaisoning with various consultants for completion of due diligence

- Compliance of post sanction formalities in terms of documentation, MIS, instalment repayment with banks

- Ensure timely payment of bank instalments through proper fund management

- Day to day banking transaction related to the inflow and the outflow

- Project level projections and monitoring cash flow management
