Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven professional to join our pharmaceutical sales operations team as Data Analytics Role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction, transformation, and analysis, coupled with hands-on experience in developing actionable insights that drive business growth. The role requires technical expertise, analytical acumen, and the ability to communicate findings effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Preparation:

- Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data quality through cleaning, validation, and preparation for analysis.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

- Conduct detailed statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in sales and market data.

Reporting & Visualization:

- Create and maintain interactive dashboards, charts, and visual reports using tools such as Power BI to support decision-making.

Business Problem Solving:

- Leverage data-driven insights to solve business problems, improve operational processes, and support strategic planning within the sales function.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Engage with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather analytical requirements, provide timely updates, and present data findings in an impactful manner.

Communication & Storytelling:

- Translate complex data sets into clear, concise insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, including sales leadership.

Technical Proficiency:

- Demonstrate strong command of SQL, Power BI, and programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI

- Proficiency in Python for statistical modelling

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability

- Experience working with pharmaceutical sales or healthcare data is highly preferred

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in any related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
