Key Responsibilities and Sales Development Deliverables:


Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans designed to align with corporate goals and maximize enterprise market penetration.


- Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key enterprise accounts (reaching out to founders for feedback and discussions on a daily basis).


- Meet or exceed annual sales targets while maintaining alignment with AiSensy's strategic objectives.


Product Expertise and Consultative Selling:


- Engage in detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly showcasing the technical benefits and features of AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform.


- Understand and anticipate customer needs, requirements, and industry trends to provide tailored, consultative solutions that genuinely enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.


- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with a consultative sales approach, guiding clients through the decision-making process.


Negotiation, Reporting, and Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while upholding AiSensy's values and ensuring customer satisfaction.


- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities (calls, presentations, closed sales) and follow-up activities within the assigned territory.


- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights.


- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of AiSensy's offerings.


Brand Promotion and Culture:


- Represent AiSensy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and forge strategic partnerships.


- Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement within the sales department.


Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:


- Experience: 2+ Years of relevant B2B or enterprise sales experience.


- Strategy: Proven ability to Develop and implement strategic sales plans and Meet or exceed annual sales targets.


- Sales Methodology: Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with a consultative sales approach.


- Communication: Ability to conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations and Negotiate contracts and close agreements.


- Tracking: Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and providing regular reports on sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience selling SaaS or Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solutions.


- Direct experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).


- Ability to contribute immediately to building systems, processes, and implementing stuff by failing fast.
