Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be a pivotal, high-impact leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth by securing and expanding relationships with key enterprise accounts for AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented, and consultative sales professional capable of managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure. The Manager will be instrumental in building the foundation of the Enterprise Sales department, directly contributing to corporate growth goals and establishing a path toward future senior leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to accommodate ambitious corporate revenue and market expansion goals within the assigned enterprise territory.

- Drive substantial sales growth by proactively identifying, developing, and meticulously nurturing relationships with key enterprise accounts and decision-makers.

- Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex agreements to maximize profitability while rigorously adhering to the company's customer satisfaction and ethical values.

- Meet or exceed annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives of the growth-stage brand.

Product Expertise & Consultative Selling:

- Serve as a platform expert, engaging in detailed technical product demonstrations and presentations of AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform, clearly showcasing its benefits (e.g., automated communication, customer service efficiency) to potential clients.

- Employ a consultative sales approach to deeply understand and anticipate complex customer needs, pain points, and industry trends (e.g., MarTech, customer support automation) to provide highly tailored and effective platform solutions.

- Work closely with the Product Development team to relay critical customer feedback and technical insights, contributing directly to the continuous improvement and feature roadmap of the platform.

Operations, Marketing & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and meticulous records of all sales activities, including detailed sales calls, solution presentations, pipeline progression, and follow-up activities, using the designated CRM system.

- Provide regular, data-driven reports to the management team on the sales pipeline health, accurate revenue forecasts, and competitive market insights within the enterprise segment.

- Collaborate strategically with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns, content, and outreach programs aimed specifically at acquiring enterprise clients.

- Represent the brand professionally at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the platform and forge strategic partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record (5+ years) in B2B enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with a consultative and solution-oriented sales methodology.

- Strong business acumen and experience developing and implementing strategic sales plans to align with corporate goals.

- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and demonstration skills, particularly for sophisticated SaaS or CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) platforms.

- Proficiency in maintaining and utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Direct sales experience within the CPaaS, MarTech, Conversational AI, or Messaging Platform industry.

- Foundational understanding of WhatsApp Business API, customer engagement automation, and messaging analytics.

- Experience working within a high-growth, startup or scale-up environment, with a proven ability to build and refine sales systems and processes.

- Technical familiarity sufficient to discuss API integrations, platform security, and data handling requirements with IT departments.
