AiSens - Ads Manager - Partnerships

- We're looking for a data-driven Ads Manager who can own end-to-end paid media execution across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.

- This is a hands-on role where you'll plan campaigns, deploy creatives, analyze performance, and communicate results directly with partners.

- Your work will directly influence ROAS, partner satisfaction, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Execution:

- Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns-primarily on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to hit performance KPIs.

- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and testing to ensure ads reach the right partner cohorts.

- Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and landing pages to drive higher conversions.

Creative & Content Deployment:

- Coordinate with designers or create basic ad assets when required (images, videos, carousels).

- Write sharp, high-intent ad copy aligned with brand and partner goals.

- Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, events, and UTM parameters before launching any campaign.

- Keep creatives fresh to avoid fatigue and maintain performance consistency.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor real-time campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag anomalies quickly.

- Build weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and partner accounts.

- Extract insights from data and clearly explain what's working, what's not, and why.

- Recommend budget reallocations based on top-performing channels and audience sets.

Partner Management:

- Onboard new partners into our advertising ecosystem.

- Present performance insights in a clear, actionable way-even for non-technical stakeholders.

- Customize advertising strategies based on partner tier, objectives, and product category.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad budgets.

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Proficient in GA4, Google Sheets/Excel, and Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools).

- Ability to identify high-performing visuals and copy from a creative standpoint.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
