The job holder will be responsible for managing strategic customers and building long-term relationships leading to increased business for AES.  Key Deliverables  - Relationship Management with Middle Management and Key- End Users of the account on a day to day basis.  - Order entry, provisioning & management reporting.  - Carry VAS Targets- For products viz. Audio/ Video Conferencing, Blackberry, Data Cards, Vehicle Tracking  - Carry 3G Targets including Dongles,Mobility Revenue and Mobility Order Booking as well as retention of existing revenue  - Carry Fixed Line OB and Fixed Line Revenue Generation as well as Retention of existing revenue  - Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams internally- BSG, SMG(COPC), Administartion Manager and Front Line sales.  - Customer loyalty management initiatives and the CRM activities for the account  - Ensure the account business target achievement on: Order booking, Revenues, Collections,Coordination with -Projects/Products/COPC to ensure meeting customer expectations on customer delivery.  Desired Skills and Experience  Experience : 8-10 years  Level : DGM   Skills  Account Management Skills  Customer Handling skills  Negotiation skills  Ability to devise creative ideas to attract the target customer's attention  Regular Follow-up  Build CXO Level relationships  Get run-rate business from the Account at a regular level  Company  Bharti Airtel limited is a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa.
