Project Manager - DEI & Culture Purpose of the Job: As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and executing DEI strategies in order to make Airtel a more diverse and inclusive workplace along with strengthening culture levers to continuously enhance employee experience. Key Deliverables: - Design, communicate and execute D&I programs, policies and guidelines to attract, retain and advance a highly skilled and talented diverse workforce. - Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities for increasing diversity representation within organization and govern execution - Execute D&I calendar to engage internal talent - Collaborate with various stakeholders to create a strong D&I focused employer brand and strengthen and create awareness of existing DEI initiatives - Support in identification, capability building, and activation of DEI champions across organization - Maintain D&I data integrity & create reports for internal and for external platforms as needed - Support in creating and rollout of a culture charter - Drive Culture goals through program management and defined project plans; manage implementation of activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout. Skills Required : - Individual who is a creative thinker, with strong program management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills to translate metrics, research, and trends into opportunities. - Adept at working in an ambiguous environment - Ability to work on multiple projects Educational Qualifications : MBA-HR from Tier 2 campus Work Experience - 1-2 years - Any industry
