Key Deliverables :
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external technical talent pool towards critical positions within the organization.
- Managing talent pipeline for hiring across all levels to source top talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and Employee Referral Program & Internal job posts
- Build proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positions
Skills Required :
- Experience in managing of full-lifecycle recruiting with high-performing companies
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to experiment and to try new tools & strategies within talent acquisition domain
- Proven recruiting experience in technical roles in the software industry
- Experience working on a high volume of roles and managing multiple priorities
