Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead our Salary and Microfinance (MFI) product lines. This role involves end-to-end product ownership-from ideation and market research to launch and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute product strategy for Salary and MFI offerings.

- Conduct market research, customer/partner interviews, and competitor analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Ops, Marketing) to deliver product features.

- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in product design.

- Own product documentation, roadmap, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking/financial services.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with agile teams and data-driven decision-making.
