Product Manager - FASTag

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and delivery of digital products and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, design, analytics, and operations to build scalable and customer-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, analytics, and operations.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.

- Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements.

- Create user stories, PRDs, and functional specifications.

- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning and product reviews.

- Ensure timely delivery of product releases with high quality standards.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 - 5 years of experience in digital product management.

- Strong understanding of digital platforms, mobile/web applications, and customer journeys.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.

- Analytical mindset with knowledge of product metrics and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
