L&D and Diversity This role will conceive, design and execute development interventions to enhance talent capabilities for the Bank. This role will also assist in the development of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion approach and initiatives to help support the diversity agenda of the Bank. Deliverables : - Liaison with the business/functional leaders to execute the identified learning strategy. - Responsible for governance of capability development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs, managing LMS, learning dashboards, delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training). - Continuously researches and develops new age technology solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning and deploys relevant learning & development solutions. - Design and deliver DEI programs and initiatives based on data insights, regional needs and market practices - Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders to propel DEI goals - Get insights from market on various areas related to DEI Expectations : - Needs to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in relevant domains in order to manage different stakeholders expectations and goals. - Needs to be aware of best practices to enable capability development and relevant DEI agenda.
