Airtel Payments Bank Job Description (Deliverables, Decision level, Demonstrate & Dimensions) Job Title: GTM Manager-MFI/NBFC/Dairy Execution Function: Sales Reporting to: GTM Head- Alliance Execution Purpose of the Job (Brief) The incumbent will be : - Responsible for the GTM of the Alliances-MFI/NBFC/Dairy Execution - Supporting operationally to Promoter Program head & Circle Promoter heads in the respective assigned circle/ region for Airtel Payments Bank - Sharing analytical support & visibility on business from partners in the circle. - Role will be reporting into the Head- Alliance Execution Deliverable (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) - This will be Circle level role where incumbent is responsible to scale up savings account/Revenue productivity from the respective partners in the designated circles/regions working closely with circle teams & Partners. - Incumbent is required to work closely with respective State Heads, Zonal Business Managers, Circle Promoter Head, Alliances Lead to strategize and drive the execution at respective circle. - Would be responsible for strategizing the ways of working & process flows for respective partners in sync with circles. - Overall responsibility for the Program performance from promoter onboarding to training to sales output. - Accountable for increasing banking point distribution engaged with partner business in the circle. - Respond to a wide variety of queries from field & provide solution in coordination with backend teams.
