Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations on S/4HANA, manage delivery teams, and drive scalable production planning solutions. The role requires deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and strong cross-module coordination to deliver high-quality outcomes in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations on S/4HANA, including blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.

- Own PP workstreams across multiple project phases and ensure delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards.

- Lead and mentor SAP PP team members, review deliverables, and ensure best-practice configuration.

SAP PP Functional Expertise:

- Configure and optimize SAP PP processes including:

- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

- Capacity Planning & Scheduling

- Production Orders & Execution

- Shop Floor Control

- Manage Master Data setup and governance:

- BOMs

- Routings

- Work Centers

- Drive process improvements for manufacturing, planning accuracy, and execution efficiency.

Cross-Module Collaboration:

- Work closely with MM, QM, SD, PM teams to ensure end-to-end integration across planning, procurement, quality, sales, and maintenance.

- Resolve complex cross-functional process and integration issues.

Design, Testing & Validation:

- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and review Technical Specifications.

- Support and lead UAT, integration testing, and business sign-offs.

- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary PP contact for business stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and status reviews.

- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP PP solutions.

Post-Go-Live & Continuous Improvement:

- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Identify opportunities to enhance system usage, performance, and planning accuracy in S/4HANA.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong specialization in SAP PP.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP implementations.

- Proven experience leading SAP PP teams and delivery workstreams.

- Strong knowledge of MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Execution, and Shop Floor processes.

- Excellent understanding of manufacturing business processes.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial clients.

- Ability to work in an onsite, fast-paced delivery environment.
