What You'll Do: - Talent Acquisition Champion: Own the entire recruitment process, attracting top talent and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and source qualified candidates. - Employee Engagement Rockstar: Craft engaging initiatives and programs that promote inclusivity and create a world-class employee experience. - Build strong connections with team members through personalized interactions and empathetic understanding. - People Process Guru: Act as the first point of contact for all HR needs, managing transitions for employees throughout their journey at Airblack. - Develop and implement retention strategies and conduct surveys to improve employee satisfaction. - Project & Initiatives Partner: Support the execution of various people programs like performance management, training & development. - You'll also contribute to process improvements and system enhancements. Who You Are: - HR Generalist with Experience: 2-5 years of experience in generalist HR, talent acquisition, or people operations is required. - Experience in a mid-sized startup is a plus. - HR Expertise & Strong Degree: An MBA in Human Resources is preferred. - Alternatively, a degree from a highly regarded undergraduate institution is required along with comprehensive knowledge of HR operations and employee engagement. - Prior experience in recruiting and onboarding a minimum of 50 employees is a plus. - Thrives in Ambiguity: You can handle uncertainty, make informed decisions, and always prioritize people. - Process Pro: Proven ability to design, implement, and manage HR processes efficiently. - Communication Master: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas effectively and act as a bridge between employees and management. - Independent Problem Solver: You're proactive, take initiative, and work independently to solve problems creatively and efficiently
