Job Purpose:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product development strategy and roadmap for our
revenue management solutions.

- Driving the digitization of RM processes through automation and platform enhancements to reduce manual efforts and enhance productivity.

- Manage a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and product designers, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to drive product development decisions and optimize performance.

Key Accountabilities:

- Product Development Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product development strategy and roadmap for revenue management-related solutions.

- Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and product designers, ensuring collaboration and alignment towards common goals.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and user feedback to inform revenue management product development decisions and optimize product performance.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with inventory, pricing, ancillary, and system teams to ensure cohesive product development.

- Product Roadmap: Develop and manage product roadmaps, setting clear priorities and timelines for product features and enhancements.

- User Experience (UX): Ensure products provide exceptional user experience, working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and effective interfaces.

- Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of performance and reliability.

- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.

Skill Set Required:

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce, Databricks, SQL, and Python.

- Proficient in product management tools and software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering successful products.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skill Set Required - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed college.

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in product development management.
