
Position Title : Group RM Alignment Manager

Job Purpose:
- This role is central to forging strong airline partnerships, maximizing the commercial benefits of codeshare agreements, and aligning them with Air India's broader revenue and operational strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for new codeshare agreements or enhancements to existing ones.
Partnership Management:
- Negotiate codeshare agreements and manage contractual obligations to maximize benefits and minimize conflicts.
Revenue Optimization:
- Collaborate with pricing and network planning teams to optimize codeshare routes and pricing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with international aviation agreements and regulations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Utilize advanced analytics to forecast trends and assess the impact of codeshare agreements on Air India's overall business.
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
