A. Job Purpose:

B. Key Accountabilities:

- Spearhead revenue integrity initiatives within the Revenue Technology department to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in revenue management processes.

- Analyze, interpret, and optimize revenue-related data leveraging technological tools and systems.

- Collaborate closely with the Lead, Revenue Integrity to streamline revenue management operations and enhance revenue generation strategies.

Data Analysis and Monitoring:

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of revenue-related data, including ticket sales, fares, ancillary services, and other revenue streams.

- Identify anomalies, trends, and potential revenue leakages through advanced data examination techniques.

- Utilize analytical tools and revenue management systems to derive actionable insights for revenue optimization.

Revenue Leakage Detection:

- Identify potential sources of revenue leakage, including duplicate bookings, ticketing errors, fare violations, and unauthorized discounts.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

- Monitor and assess revenue integrity to ensure adherence to established revenue management guidelines and policies.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue reports, fare audits, and other revenue-related data points.

- Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile revenue accounts and identify areas for process
improvement.

Fraud Detection and Prevention:

- Detect and investigate fraudulent activities, such as ticket fraud, credit card chargebacks, and
unauthorized ticket refunds.

- Implement fraud detection algorithms and controls to mitigate risks and prevent revenue losses. Technology Integration and Innovation

- Work cross-functionally with pricing, sales, finance, and IT teams to integrate revenue integrity controls into the airline's systems and processes.

- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for revenue optimization and develop innovative solutions for revenue enhancement.

- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations related to revenue management and technology.

E. Educational and Experience Requirements:

Minimum Education requirements - Degree in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum Desired:

- 5+ years of experience in revenue management, airline industry, or data analysis is preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in the airline industry or related field.
