Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a D365 ERP Practice Head based in GGN/Noida/Hyd.

The D365 ERP Practice Head will lead the Dynamics 365 ERP practice, including vision, strategy, delivery governance, and capability building across multiple industry verticals.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end D365 ERP implementations, managing solution architecture and design reviews, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role will involve collaborating with sales and account teams on presales activities, responding to RFPs, shaping proposals, and presenting solution roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.

The Practice Head will build and mentor high-performing functional and technical teams, define best practices and accelerators, manage partnerships with Microsoft and other ecosystem partners, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in ERP and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications :

- Proven leadership experience heading a D365 ERP or similar enterprise applications practice, with accountability for strategy, delivery, and P&L.

- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (and/or related D365 ERP modules), including implementation, rollouts, and upgrades.

- Strong background in ERP solution architecture, process design, and integration with CRM, data platforms, and Power Platform.

- Demonstrated experience leading multi-location delivery teams, establishing governance frameworks, and driving large, complex transformation programs.

- Track record of partnering with sales teams for presales, RFP responses, deal shaping, and client presentations at CXO level.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with global clients.

- Experience working in AI-led or data-driven transformation environments, with familiarity in how analytics and automation enhance ERP value.
