About Aimyze

Aimyze is building Indias first Agentic Intelligence Fabric, an AI-driven platform that sits on top of existing enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, SCADA, MES, ERP, IoT) and delivers autonomous industrial agents for Manufacturing, Pharma, Energy & IT Services.

We are moving from a service-led approach to a scalable agentic platform company with a marketplace of pre-built industrial agents.

We are looking for a hands-on, product-driven CTO to join as a Co-Founder and lead all engineering, architecture, and tech strategy.

You will own the entire technology vision, architecture, security, engineering, and execution of Aimyzes core platform and industrial agents.

This is NOT a managerial/oversight role, this is for a builder, coder, architect, and innovator who can turn ideas into scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Vision & Architecture:

- Define and own Aimyzes Agentic AI platform architecture (multi-agent orchestration, connectors, pipelines).

- Build a scalable layer that sits on top of existing enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Maximo, SCADA, JIRA, IoT).

- Architect real-time data pipelines, vector stores, multi-agent reasoning systems, and integration frameworks.

- Design a long-term roadmap aligned with business, compliance, and enterprise requirements.

2. Hands-on Product Development:

- Write production-grade code, backend, agent orchestration, API layers, cloud infra.

- Lead development of:

Industrial Agents

Aimyze Connectors Framework

Aimyze Agent Marketplace

Data ingestion & orchestration systems

- Build POCs and deploy pilots for enterprise customers.

3. AI & Agentic Systems Engineering:

- Develop AI-driven agent workflows using:

LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Mistral)

Multi-agent frameworks

Python/NodeJS-based AI runtimes

RAG, embeddings, model fine-tuning

- Optimize inference costs, caching, and model selection for enterprise use cases.

4. Cloud & DevOps:

- Manage and optimize AWS stack (EC2, Lambda, S3, EKS, Bedrock optional).

- Implement CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery.

- Ensure scalable, cost-efficient deployments aligned with Indias AI governance rules.

5. Cybersecurity, Compliance & Infra:

- Implement ISO 27001, SOC 2, and future ISO 42001 (AI Governance).

- Build secure agent execution environments and enterprise-ready compliance.

6. Team Building & Leadership:

- Hire engineers, ML developers, data engineers, interns.

- Establish engineering processes, coding standards, sprint cycles.

- Represent technology vision to investors, partners, and enterprise clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

Core Technical Expertise:

- 15+ years experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise product development.

Strong hands-on backend experience in:

- Python / NodeJS / Go

- PostgreSQL / MySQL

- Microservices, event-driven architecture

- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.

- Strong understanding of multi-agent architecture or agentic AI systems.

Integration & Enterprise Systems (Preferred):

Experience integrating with any of the following:

- SAP, ServiceNow

- BMC, Maximo

- SCADA, MES, PLC

Salesforce, Zoho

- Understanding of industrial workflows (manufacturing, pharma, energy) is a big plus.

Cloud & Infra:

- Strong AWS experience required.

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation.

Mindset / Personality:

- Builder + Inventor mentality

- Can work hands-on from day 1

- Comfortable in chaos and startup speed

- Obsessed with clean architecture and scalable design

- Has product thinking, not just coding skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability
