Position: Team Leader - Inside Sales

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Rohini, Sector 10, Delhi

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader - Inside Sales to join our team in Delhi.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading a high-performing inside sales team.

- You will be responsible for driving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional performance while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Monitor daily activities and sales performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous professional development.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize team performance.

- Ensure the team is following best practices in lead management, sales pitches, and customer engagement.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Aimlay's products and services to effectively guide the team.

Required Skills:

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in an inside sales team leader or management role.

- Proven experience in a high-growth sales environment.

Leadership and Communication:

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Acumen:

- Solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and data.
