This role demands a leader who can not only execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy but also mentor a team, manage key recruitment metrics, and significantly enhance our employer brand to attract top talent aligned with Aimlay's global mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategy that is fully integrated with the companys ambitious global growth plans and long-term workforce planning objectives.

- Bulk & Specialized Talent Sourcing: Drive high-volume, continuous recruitment efforts with a primary focus on Sales, counseling, and key operational roles, ensuring the rapid fulfillment of critical staffing needs with high-quality candidates.

- Executive Partnership and Consultation: Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and department heads, deeply understanding their talent needs, market dynamics, and building proactive, robust talent pipelines for current and future roles.

- Team Management and Mentorship: Lead, manage, mentor, and professionally develop the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on efficiency, candidate experience, and achieving aggressive hiring goals.

- Resource Allocation and Workflow Optimization: Effectively allocate resources, including team bandwidth, budget, and technology across various recruitment functions and diverse requisitions to maximize output and minimize time-to-fill.

- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Define, track, and analyze critical recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate experience scores, and quality of hire, using insights to drive continuous process improvement.

- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Champion the companys employer branding initiatives, leveraging digital platforms, professional networks, and career events to market Aimlay effectively and ensure an exceptional, professional, and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

- Campus Recruitment and University Relations: Design and execute effective Campus Recruitment programs and build sustainable relationships with universities and educational institutions to source high-potential entry-level talent.

- Technology and Compliance: Oversee the utilization and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline workflows and ensure all recruiting practices adhere to local, national, and international labor laws and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, full-life cycle talent acquisition experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Sales Bulk Recruitment and high-volume hiring environments.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive, results-oriented recruitment strategies across multiple job functions and geographic locations.

- Extensive experience with Campus Recruitment methodologies, planning, and execution.

- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, train, and motivate high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.

- Expertise in leveraging modern sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean searches, social media recruiting, AI tools, and professional networking platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and interpret key recruitment metrics and present data-driven insights to executive leadership.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) configuration and optimization (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo).

- Exceptional collaboration, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in the Edtech, Education, Publication, or BPO industry is highly advantageous.

- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) or Talent Acquisition.
