Job Title: International University Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new international university partners, driving growth and market presence.
- University Acquisition: Identify, connect with, and onboard global universities by presenting our offerings and showcasing the value we bring.
- Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with senior administrators, faculty, and decision-makers at universities.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand the unique challenges of each university and recommend customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Negotiation & Partnerships: Lead Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) discussions and negotiations, ensuring partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful partnerships.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in international university partnerships, acquisitions, or higher education business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining B2B or institutional partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally as required
