Position: Payroll Manager.
Company: Aimlay Private Limited.
Location: Rohini, New Delhi (On-site).
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday fixed off).
Experience: 5-10 Years.
About the Role: The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring complete compliance with statutory regulations. The role is critical to maintaining employee trust, legal compliance, and organizational efficiency through accurate and timely payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate processing of salaries, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Handle statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.
- Oversee Full & Final settlements, gratuity processing, and exit documentation.
- Maintain payroll records, audits, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll closures.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
- Implement payroll process improvements and automation.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security of payroll information.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise in payroll processing and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory regulations.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication.
- Proficiency in payroll software, MS Excel & reporting tools.
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 5-10 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations.
- Prior experience handling payroll for 200+ employees.
- Corporate / BPO / EdTech / Service industry background preferred.
- Bachelors degree (MBA HR preferred).
