Role Summary:

Aimlay, a global pioneer in educational and doctoral support services, is seeking a seasoned HR Lead Corporate to head our human resources department at the Delhi headquarters.

This role is designed for a strategic leader who can architect a robust people infrastructure to support our mission of transformative and equitable education.

You will own the end-to-end HR lifecyclefrom high-velocity recruitment and policy engineering to the administration of complex employee benefits and personnel management.

As a mentor to the HR team, you will ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws while fostering a culture that empowers our global network of educational counselors and researchers.

Your goal is to align HR initiatives with Aimlays long-term business strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the elite talent necessary to support Ph.

aspirants and experiential learners worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Policy Engineering: Design, implement, and govern comprehensive HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that reflect Aimlays global scale and ethical standards.

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, implementing advanced sourcing strategies to identify niche academic and corporate talent.

- Personnel Management & Lifecycle: Lead all personnel-related functions, including onboarding, attendance governance, performance appraisals, and exit management.

- Employee Benefits Administration: Architect and manage competitive employee benefit programs, ensuring they are benchmarked against industry standards to drive retention.

- Labor Law Compliance: Serve as the primary authority on labor law compliance, ensuring all organizational practices meet statutory requirements and audit standards.

- Conflict Resolution & Mediation: Act as a senior mediator for workplace grievances, utilizing advanced conflict resolution techniques to maintain a harmonious environment.

- HR Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the department meets its technical KPIs.

- Organizational Culture Advocacy: Drive initiatives that align the workplace culture with Aimlays core values of inclusivity, equity, and lifelong learning.

- Strategic Goal Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to translate organizational business goals into actionable human capital strategies.

- HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HRIS data to track key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement scores, and cost-per-hire to inform executive decisions.

Technical Requirements:

- Core HR Mastery: 8+ years of hands-on experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a corporate or education-sector leadership role.

- Policy Development: Expertise in drafting and implementing scalable HR policies in accordance with the latest employment regulations.

- Compliance Literacy: Deep understanding of the Indian Labor Act, Provident Fund (PF) regulations, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

- Benefits Architecture: Practical experience in managing insurance, gratuity, and performance-linked incentive programs.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is mandatory; a Masters degree (MBA-HR) is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- EdTech/Academic Sector Insight: Familiarity with the unique talent landscape of educational counseling and Ph.

support services.

- Leadership & Influence: Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders through data-backed HR proposals.

- Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of communicating complex policy changes clearly to a diverse workforce.

- Problem-Solving Acumen: Proven ability to deconstruct organizational bottlenecks and implement structural HR solutions.

- Digital HR Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms and digital tools for tracking employee productivity and engagement
