Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic International Business Head to lead our global expansion in the EdTech sector.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
The International Business Head will be responsible for defining and executing our international business strategy, driving aggressive sales growth, forging strategic global partnerships, and overseeing all aspects of international market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive international business strategies to significantly expand our global footprint and achieve ambitious growth targets within the EdTech market.
- International Sales Leadership: Lead and manage all international sales efforts, setting targets, developing sales pipelines, and ensuring the consistent achievement of revenue goals across different regions.
- Market Analysis & Expansion: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new international opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and develop tailored market entry strategies.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, build, and cultivate strong relationships with global partners, educational institutions, and key stakeholders to drive business expansion and foster long-term collaborations.
- Export Process Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of export processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations and smooth operational execution.
- Team Leadership: Potentially build and lead a high-performing international sales and business development team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer success.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze international business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure international market needs are met and solutions are localized effectively.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead complex negotiations with international clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and successful contract closures.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in International EdTech Sales.
- Demonstrable track record in Sales and International Sales roles, with a history of exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership and managerial abilities, with experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and influencing global stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Desired Qualifications (Plus):
- Direct experience in the education technology (EdTech) sector.
- Established network of contacts within the international education or EdTech industry.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
