Head - Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience behaviors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including SEO/SEM specialists, content marketers, social media managers, email marketers, and performance analysts.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels: paid search, social media, display advertising, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
- SEO & Content: Oversee organic search strategies, content creation, and optimization to improve rankings and traffic.
- Performance Marketing: Manage budgets and campaigns for paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), programmatic, and other media platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.
- Marketing Technology: Evaluate and implement marketing automation tools, CRMs, and other MarTech solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and brand teams to align messaging, lead generation goals, and funnel optimization efforts.
- Brand & UX: Ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints including website, social media, and email.
