Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of expertise in Google and Meta Ads.
- The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in paid media, responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies that drive key business outcomes.
- You will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and creation to management and optimization, with a sharp focus on budget management, maximizing ROI, and hitting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy and Planning:
- Lead the development of quarterly and yearly paid media plans, focusing on scalable and cost-effective growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, creation, and management of campaigns across all paid media channels, with a deep specialization in Google and Meta Ads.
Budget and Performance Management:
- Effectively allocate and manage paid media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI from performance marketing spends.
- Closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Lead to Pay ratio, and overall ROI.
Execution and Optimization:
- Ensure the timely execution of all campaigns and activities as per monthly and quarterly targets.
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics and achieve lead delivery targets.
Data and Analytics:
- Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and improve future strategies.
- Track and report on platform traffic, lead volume, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
Core Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a deep focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, driving paid media strategy from a high level.
Technical Expertise:
- Expert-level proficiency in managing paid media channels, particularly Google and Meta.
